She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Thomas and Hellen Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Michael Kubisz; her children, Kevin Kubisz and Kimberly Blackstock (John); her grandchildren, Brooke, Brayden (Blackstock) and Kyle (Swift); and her brothers, Wayne and Mark Thomas.
