It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Bliss (Royal Oak, Michigan), born in Bloomville, Ohio, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bliss and Dorothy Sponseller. He is survived by: his wife Valerie VanDoorn; his sons, Larry Fewins-Bliss (Ryan), Erik Bliss (Breanne), Allan Bliss (Cheryl), Douglas Bliss (Esther) and Mark Bliss (Kelly); and his siblings, Elwood Bliss (Fifi) and Sandra Wicklund. He is also survived by grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Larry's honor, a tribute to his generous and giving nature.
