She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Gross and Ellen Carter Gross; and her siblings, Lubertha Ratcliff, Ellen Van (Lola), Josephine Peterson, Earl Gross, Eli Gross, Henry Gross, Sr. and George Gross (Ella Mae Robertson).
She is survived by : her son Robert Carter, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Jamie Little; and her siblings, Mary L. Hughes, Geraldine Lewis and Charlie Gross (Victoria). She is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
