He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Puvalowski; his brothers, Kevin and Joseph; and his father-in-law William Berry. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Puvalowski (Kirsch); his wife Margaret Berry of Royal Oak; his children, Nicole and Lauren; his siblings, Gregory Puvalowski and Nancy Franzel (Brian); his nieces, Brayden, Collin and Blake; his sister Julie Grifka (Robert); his nieces and nephews, Claire and Ella; his mother-in-law Janet Elliott; his stepmother-in-law Kathy Berry; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Berry and Samantha Bohn (Shawn).
