He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond McMahon and Lorraine McMahon; his daughters, Maren McCarthy (Phil) and Lauren McMahon; his grandson Henry Michael McCarthy; and his siblings, Dan McMahon (Elaine), Jan O'Neill and Barb Caldwell (Jim).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Michael's name to The Humane Society, as a tribute to his love for animals, compassionate spirit and desire to make a positive impact on the world.
