He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wells and Violet Wells (Philebaum). He is survived by: his wife Cindi Welk; his sisters, Carol Cracraft (Don) and Joy Wells (Elizabeth Downs); and his nephews, Andrew Parrott, Justin Parrott and Randy.
