He is survived by: his sister Amy Lee Montri; his brother-in-law Michael Montri; his nephew Carter Montri; his sister Dia Stokes Kelly (Dave); his niece Katie Kelly; his stepmother Susan Carter Lee; his parents-in-law, Brenda and Larry Montri; his stepfather John Stokes; and his aunt Jeri Bettencourt Arnold (Don).
