He is survived by: his children, Laurie Pivitt (Tom Michalski), Julie Azzarello (Randy) and Barry Pivitt (Janice); his grandson Sean Sullivan (Lindsay); his sons, Marc Azzarello (Aimee) and Tim Azzarello (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Lucy Sullivan, Lee, Jimmy, Bobby, Arlene Azzarello and Reece Azzarello.
