Susan leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Susan’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Susan will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her father Clinton Whims; her son Charles "Chuck" Lindstrom; her sister Jill Ann Faleris; her mother Mattie Lee O'Connor; and her stepparents, Charles T. O'Connor and Marcella Whims.
She is survived by: her husband Greg Valenti; her daughter Nancy Lindstrom of Charlotte; and her caregivers, Myra Hornecker and Karen DeVries. She is also survived by her family, friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Church (470 Church Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304).
