Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Thomas leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Dowell and Marjorie Dowell (Kennedy); and his brother Tim Dowell. He is survived by: his sister Janet VanRiper (Jack); and his nieces, Janie Davis and Tracy Lince (Jeff).
