He was predeceased by: his sister Liên Phương Lâm. He is survived by: his children, Lân Trí Lâm and Kim Ái Lâm; his grandson Elliott Mercer (Đai Sơn); and his siblings, Dung Phương Lâm, Thắng Hùng Lâm and Tiến Hùng Lâm. He is also survived by his wife and children.
