He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cullinan and Shelagh Cullinan; and his sisters, Maureen Buda and Margret Cullinan. He is survived by: his son Brad; his siblings, Jeanne Holmes (Larry), John Cullinan (Jeri), Mary Dina (Dave), Joe Cullinan, Anne Wolfe (Brian), Therese Scott (Dan), Peter Cullinan and Jim Cullinan; and his brother-in-law Ted Buda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
