Scarbro (Royal Oak, Michigan), born in Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chressie Scarbro and Carl Scarbro; his wife Nancy Scarbro; and his siblings, Christina Varvil, John and Philip Scarbro.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laura (James Moriarty) and Janet Cobb (David); his granddaughter Sophia Scarbro; and his siblings, Carl Scarbro (Karen), Kurt Scarbro (Pam) and Leslie Warren (Pete). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
