He was predeceased by: his parents, George Koutras and Olympia Koutras (Serros); and his son George Anthony Koutras. He is survived by: his wife Rula Koutras; his sons, John (Andrea Koutras) and Constantine (Mary Koutras); his grandchildren, Georgia, Andonis and Timotheos Koutras; his sister Hariklia Vrahnis; and his brothers-in-law, James Stamatos and Steve Armeros. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
