He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Williamson, Sr. and Bettie Whitmore Williamson; his wife Claudette Williamson; and his siblings, Leroy Williamson, Allen Williamson, Lloyd Williamson, Margaret Levy, Claudetta Williamson, Sallie Stuckey, Geraldine Frison and Luria Jean Randle.
He is survived by: his son Frederick; his sister Sallie Carter; his children, Tracy Fife, Janice Douglas, Larry Williamson (Ann Toni), Ralph Williamson, Bishop Zachary Williamson (Vina), Charles Williamson, Joseph Williamson and Fredrick Williamson; his siblings, Emma Henderson, Daniel Williamson and Jerry Williamson (JoAnn); his sister-in-law Anita Williamson; and his grandchildren, Bryon Williamson, Brandon Williamson, Jacqueline Nelson, Christopher Douglas, Roberta Reeves Garten, Keshia Carter (Brandon), Zachary Williamson II (Brenica) and Fredrick Williamson.
