She is survived by: her husband Leon Payne; her children, Kelvin Payne, Pamela Payne and Temeco Riggins (Todd); her grandchildren, Kayla Bentley, Jimmie Bentley, Ciara Payne, Marquice Payne, Nickolas Haley, Dexter Payne and Robbye Payne; her great grandchildren, Karter Johnson, Marcus Bibbs, Messiah Bibbs, De'Sire Conway and Edd Roberson; her sisters, Barbara Conner, Bonnie Price and Sherry Price-Greer; her sisters-in-law, Doris Price, Shirlyn Price and Bobbie Price; and her close friends, Ruth Cotton, Patrica Scott-Mason and Charlene Robinson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
