She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richardson and Mildred Eggerson (Smith); her son Mark Anthony Brown; and her stepfather Acie Eggerson. She is survived by: her daughters, Rochelle Laffoon (Dennis) and Teretha Coleman (Andre); her grandchildren, Mark Anthony Brown II, Robert Thomas, Laurence Malik Laffoon, Jalen Rogers, Britanny Laffoon, Jacob Rogers and Aubrey Xavier Laffoon; her siblings, Mary Baylor, Brenda Evans, Gregory Richardson, Karltonn Richardson and Robin Ifeadi; her sister-cousin Hattie Mae Rowe; and her close friend Josephine Patterson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts.
