She is survived by: her husband Ralph Polsinelli Jr.; and her children, Rob Polsinelli (Lori), Jeff Polsinelli (Lisa), Mike Polsinelli (Kathryn), Carrie (Christopher Wejsa), Gary Polsinelli (Kathy) and David Polsinelli (Jennfer). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
