She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bellenbaum and Margaret A. Bellenbaum (Moulton); and her husband William B. "Bill" Stack. She is survived by: her children, Robert Stack and Lisa Stack; her grandson Timothy Stack; and her sister JoAnne Jester.
