He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Campbell and Charlotte Campbell (Lemmer). He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Kathleen Sohn, Carol Campbell, John Wooll and Ron Lemmer; and his friend Monica Rapin-Archer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
