He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jacobs and Dorothy Jacobs (Hellebuyck). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Marie Kozak; his children, Jeff (Debbi Jacobs) of Bay City, George (Tracy Jacobs) of Saginaw and Rebecca Baran of Saginaw; his granddaughter Anne (Matt Durham); his great grandchild Catherine of Freeland; his grandchildren, George Jacobs (Emily) of Denver, Haley Jacobs of Grand Rapids and Tara Knoll (Chad) of Clio; his sister-in-law Diane (Walter Gruber); his nephew Walter Jr.; his great-nephew Henry; and his great-niece Collette.
