We are sad to announce that, on January 20, 2024, at the age of 66, Darlene Jean Hoig of Saginaw, Michigan, born in Mount Clemens, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Rutty, Sr. and Shirley Rutty; her grandson Robert D. Sparks, Jr.; and her siblings, Dora Liss, Dennis and Donald Rutty.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannie Marie DeSanchez (Oscar), George B. Hoig, Jr. (Elsie), Angel M. Sparks (Robert), Trisha A. Bowers and Jackson W. Hoig (Keri); her siblings, Dorothy Rutty and Daniel J. Rutty, Jr.; and her close friend Jo Mays. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, four nieces; four nephews; one great-niece and three great-nephews; many other relatives and friends.
