He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigurd Bergland and Eva Marjorie Bergland (Roys); his wife Mary Jo Barnes; and his sister-in-law Sharron Bergland. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Beauchamp (Mike) and Cindy Olson (Mike); his grandchildren, Melissa Thwing (Danny), Brian Beauchamp, Zachary Olson and Jack Olson; his great grandchildren, Eloise, Leo and JJ; and his siblings, James Bergland, Joan Foster and Jean Howard (William). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Baptist Church (4619 Mackinaw Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
