He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Louie and Kathy Sylvester; and his great-aunt Debbie Mains. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Allen Sylvester and Sarena Desirae Moore; his brother Jaxon Sylvester; his grandparents, Eric Moore, Charles E. Sylvester, Lisa Sylvester and Kathryn Gonzales; his aunts and uncles, Keyonia Gonzales (Mathew Harwood), Aaliyah Moore, Krista Moore (Conner Marchenkusi), Mea Moore, Alexis Ritter, Eric Moore (Makayla Gowell) and Tyler Vanduser; and his cousins, Maddalynn Harwood, Clayton Harwood and Addison Harwood.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Eric Moore's Home (11071 S Town Line Rd, Roscommon, MI 48653).
