She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester DeLavern and Addie DeLavern (Hinnant); and her brother Chester DeLavern. She is survived by: her husband Scott R. Kaleyta; her son Nicholas Kaleyta; her sisters, Jody Lynette DeLavern and Sandra (Larry Spafford); and her sister-in-law Teresa (DeLavern).
