She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald G. Church and Helen M. Church (Cech); her children, Melissa Church and Matthew Gregus; her siblings, Donnie Church and Nana Church; and her brothers-in-law, Joseph Gregus and Jim Gregus.

She is survived by: her husband Stephen J. Gregus; her daughters, Mandi Calangelo (Chad Winters) and Nikki Hathaway; her grandchildren, Caitlyn Calangelo, Joshua Calangelo and Liam Hathaway; her great grandchild Everett Childs; her siblings, Ron Church (Michelle), Karen Johnson and Jeanette Morris (Willie); and her siblings-in-law, Tony Gregus (Kerri), Carla Gregus and Barb Gregus. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
