She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Geweniger and Lillian Geweniger; her sister Elaine Reynolds; and her parents-in-law, Bonnie and Joe Slumka.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Slumka; her sister Gail Goidosik (Joe); her siblings-in-law, Joanne Villarreal (Tom), Bill Slumka (Marsha) and Ron Slumka (Jill); her sibling's children, Lisa, Karen, Mark, Amy, Carrie, Sean, Kevin, Joey and David; and her close friends, Janet Tetlow and Kathy Woods.
