He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Lazzaro and Grace Lazzaro (Villella); and his wife Mary Emeott. He is survived by : his children, Patricia Lazzaro, Donald Tim Lazzaro and Daniel Lazzaro; his grandchildren, David Lazzaro, Timothy Lazzaro, Nicholas Lazzaro, Marcial Gutierrez, Don Kapp Jr., Desiree Trevino and Andrew Kapp; his great grandchildren, Trinity, Jade, Kyliegh, Zach, Evan, Damien, Ellie, Matthew and Isabella; his great great grandchild Grayson; his sister-in-law Grace Emeott; his nephew Todd Emeott; and his friend Jenny Gutierrez.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors (201 N Miller Rd, Saginaw, MI 48609). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
