He is survived by: his siblings, Helen, Mary Bivins (Greg) and Leo Ruth (Dee); his sister-in-law Theresa Margaret Strelecki; his children, Mark Ruth, Maggie Elliott (Trell), Christopher Ruth, Stephanie Fortner, Robert Ruth (Nicole), Victoria Mitchell (Michael) and Donald Ruth (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Charlie, Theresa, Klea, Caleb, Jack, Xavier, Wes and Dash.
After working at this for a while, he switched to donating his time to provide tax services to friends, family, and many others in the community including veterans.
