He is survived by: his mother Kay Voelker (Lemmer); his brothers, Ray Allen Voelker, Kenneth Voelker (Rhonda) and Daniel Voelker (Samantha); his nephews, Justin Voelker (Megan), Brandon Voelker (Brianna) and Trevor Voelker (Sammi); his niece Toni Marie Lawson (John); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel, Mikaela Lawson, Kailani and Kya Voelker; and his stepchildren, Ryan Wiskia, Aaron Wiskia and Kevin Wiskia.
