He was predeceased by: his wife Gerry of Koeppen's General Store; his parents, August Bethke and Myrtle Bethke (Clarke); his son Rollie; his daughter-in-law Bonnie Bethke; his brother Robert "Bob"; his sister-in-law Bethel Bethke; his nephew Dennis Bethke; his grandson Bill Bock; his siblings-in-law, Ronnie, Ken, Gene Smith, Nora Huebner and Eleanor Donaldson; Charity Bethke.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Rollwagen (Greg) of Saginaw; his grandchildren, Branden Bethke of Forsythe, MO, Kendra Huckins (John) of Riverdale, MI, Jared Bethke (Melinda) of Lancing, TN, Rikki Bethke and Quinten Bethke (Samantha) of Jackson, MI; his great grandchildren, Jamie Curtis, Ronnie Bock, Sawyer, Easton, Brooks Huckins, Nicole Bishop, Dakota, Tanner, Shelby and Gabriella Bethke; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ashley and Damon Hudson; his great great grandchild Hadliegh Jo Curtis; his sisters-in-law, Marlene Smith, Cathy Smith and Mary Ellen Smith; Angela Smith (Joe) of Birch Run, MI. He is also survived by family, nieces, nephews, many family friends, and neighbors.
