He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Riley Davis Jr. (Ted) and Judy Davis (Judy); his brother Todd Davis; his brother-in-law Kenneth Hoff; and his father-in-law Robert Coffey.

He is survived by: his wife Kathie Jo Davis; his son Hayden Davis; his stepdaughters, Riley and Kennedy Koski; his siblings, Troy Davis (Michelle), T. Joseph, Julie Elbers (Roger), Thad Davis and Tara Kubiak (Ron); his mother-in-law Patricia Coffey; his sisters-in-law, Kelly Coffey and Lisa Barnette (Keith); and his pet Archer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
