He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Edward James (Delia Besner McGraw); his wife Florence Dorothy Kracke Phenegar; his close friend Doris Mae Chandler Meadow; and his sisters, Margaret Lappin, Elizabeth "Betty" Finkbeiner and C. Harriett Bode.
A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (3440 S Washington Rd, Saginaw, MI 48601).
