We announce the death of Elaine George (Saginaw, Michigan), who passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 95. Elaine will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Penfield and Eleanor Penfield (Odette); her husband Robert Samuel George; her sisters, Phyllis Jean Penfield and Patricia Plamp (Donald); her brother-in-law James Massey; and her stepfather George A. Ross.

She is survived by: her sister Betty Massey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
