He is survived by: his sons, Frank Waters IV of DeWitt and Jack Waters (Beth) of Frankenmuth; his grandchildren, Bryce, Camden, Evelyn "Evie", Grant and Stella Waters; his brother Bill Waters (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Sue Waters, Beth Griffiths (Len) and Rick Cooper (Joan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
