He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick Rose and Irma Rose (Walters); his wife Deeann Rose; his children, Mandy Scott (Joe), Frederick Rose Jr., Thomas Rose, Laurie Rose, David Rose and William Rose; and his brothers, John Rose and David Rose. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
