He is survived by: his children, Leslie Karr (Jerry), David Gugino (Michele) and Anthony Gugino (Laura); his stepdaughters, Bethany Kross (Mike), Darlene Miller and Diane Oates (John); his grandsons, Grant Gugino, Alex Gugino and Levi Gugino; his brother Scott Gugino (Sharon); and his fiancée Janie Barham.
