He is survived by: his wife Lynn Siler; his children, Lisa Garcia-Herr (Jake), Pete Garcia (Heidi) and William Garcia (Sandra); his grandchildren, Austin, Caden Herr, Savannah, Gavan Garcia, Noah and Macy Garcia; his brother Dudley Garcia (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Roberta Garcia and Dell Siler (Lorraine). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and dear friends.
