He was predeceased by: his father Antonio Gomez; and his brother Bennito Gomez. He is survived by: his mother Jessica Gomez; his partner Erin Breternitz; his children, Gilbert Gomez (Susana Garcia), Terese Grasso (Tony), Felecia Valentine (Justin Rapin), Cassondra Honsinger (Dylan), Jesus Gomez (Anna), Gabrielle Gomez (Anthony Godinez) and Corrina Gomez (Jake Funka); his grandchildren, Luciano Gomez, Giovanni Garcia, Isaias Gomez, Karli Rapin, Isabella Valentine, Kinsley Rapin, Justin Rapin II, Halle Jane Honsinger, Grady John Honsinger, Roman Gomez and Luciana Gomez; his siblings, Antonio Gomez Jr. and Diane Gomez Burden (Nick); his in-laws, Connie and Rich Breternitz; his pets, Ernest and Walter; his brothers, Joe and Franko Ortiz; and his friend Corrina Benton (family: Donny Apple). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the The Log Cabin Bar and Grill (181 S Main St, Freeland, MI 48623).
