He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Jacob and Kathleen Jacob (Griffore); and his brothers, John Jacob and James Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Jacob; his children, Matthew Jacob (Laurie), Michael Jacob (Jennifer), Eric Jacob (Laura) and Sarah Dagenais (Donald); his grandchildren, Matthew, Joshua, Michael (Ariel), Taylor, Brianna (Cody), Luke (Parker), Nathan, Aubrie, Macie, Mylie, Sadie and Donald; and his brother Robert Jacob (Patricia). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
