She is survived by: her children, Carol Baker (Mike), Robert Thompson, Kathy Eickholt (James), Linda Hernandez, Timothy Leadford, Terry Leadford, Tamara Leadford, Lori Shindorf (Tyler) and Thomas Leadford (Rachel); and her sister Karen Lambert. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
