He is survived by: his children, Lucinda Tinsley, Luetisher Sibley, Alenda Garcia and Chris Speer (Alicia Tinsley); his sister Barbara Burton; his brother-in-law John Burton; and his cousin Woodrow Kellum. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
