It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iberia Marie Rowan of Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on February 19, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Rowan, Jr. and Katie Rowan Cook; and her uncle Clark Singleton. She is survived by: her sons, David Rowan III (Shavon) of Arlington and Ronald C. Rowan; her sisters, La-Vera Dell Rowan and Georgia Barkley; her grandchildren, Daveyale, Shalise, Sharriae, Ashanti, David, Mariah, Maliah, Ryleigh and Reagan; her great grandchild Kayson; her nieces, Starreese Muhammad (Baa-Ith) and Karameia S. Barkley of Stone Mountain, GA; her daughter Diana Singleton-Johnson (Clinton); her cousin Edwin J. Singleton (Kyla); her great-niece Sea'Airra Rowan; her nephews, Derick Barkley (Amanda) and Adrian A. Barkley of Denver, Colorado; her great-nephews, Sincere Turner and Myles Barkley; her goddaughter Ja'Nay Johnson; Serenity Turner and Ayden Turner. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
