With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Brian Mattheis (Saginaw, Michigan), who passed away on July 12, 2025 at the age of 17. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jacob Brian Mattheis to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Robert, Colleen Krabill, Frank, Mary Krawczak and Eleanor Czolgosz; and his aunt Stephanie Krabill.
He is survived by: his parents, Brian Mattheis and Michelle Mattheis (Krabill); his sisters, Riley and Addison Mattheis; his grandparents, Steve, Irene Krabill, Edward, Jennifer Mattheis and Cathy Mattheis; his uncles, Ken Krabill, Ben Krabill and Frank (Tammi Mattheis); his aunt Lisa (Seth Vendelboe); and his cousins, Kennedy Krabill, Marie Krabill and Kelsey Krabill.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (5376 State St, Saginaw, MI 48603-3739).
Friends may visit at the Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Nouvel Catholic Central High School or Camp Lu Lay Lea in Lupton, Michigan.
