He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Eurick; his children, Jayson Eurick (Amanda) and Jill Eurick; his grandchildren, Kendall, Tyler and Danika; his brother Terry Eurick (Margo); and his brother-in-law Edward Ulmer (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
