James Qualman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2025, at the age of 95, James Qualman (Saginaw, Michigan) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Qualman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Qualman and Eleanor Qualman (Coon); his former wife Lorraine; and his siblings, Jerry Qualman and Judy Desk.

He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sons, Randy Qualman (Robin) and Tom Qualman (Linda); his stepchildren, Colleen Cavelieri (Dean), Nancee McCarthy (Kevin) and Craig Chambers; his grandchildren, Lauren Petter (Robby), Amanda Edwards (Clint), James Qualman (Michelle), Robert Qualman (Walker), Callie Qualman, Justin Freedman, Drew Freedman, Morganne McCarthy, Travis McCarthy, Kevin McCarthy Jr. and Amber Chambers; and his brother-in-law Richard Yates (Patricia). He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.

James continued to give back even in his passing, by donating his body to science.
