She is survived by: her children, David Gembrowski (Debbie), Steven Gembrowski and Carol Coleman (Duane); her grandchildren, Michal Zietz, Audrey LeGendre, Aimee Coleman, Matt Gembrowski (Carly), Chad Gembrowski (Blair) and Katie Niemiec (Adam); her great grandchildren, Ava Jo Gembrowski, Bodhi Gembrowski and Gia Gembrowski; and her brother Jerry Rutch (Barb). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
