She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Melchor and Delores Melchor (Andrade); her husband Ross J. Jones; her siblings, Grace Melchor, Anthony, Raphael and Manuel (Eve); and her daughter Connie Vargas.
She is survived by: her daughter Suzette Soria (Frank); her siblings, Mary Helen Cisneros (Fernando), Samuel Melchor (Maria), Arthur Melchor and Beatrice Cruz; her sister-in-law Sandra Melchor; and her grandchildren, Meagan, Heather (Claude), Francisco, Kara (William), Tynisha and Jessie (Ali). She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
