He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. McInnis and Edna McInnis (Maddison); and his siblings, Marjorie Grosart, Audrey "Jeanie" Cupp, Rosemary Eckhardt and Peter John McInnis.

He is survived by: his wife Harley Davidson; his daughters, Jennifer McInnis and Rebecca George (Travis); his grandchildren, AJ McInnis (Brenna) and Sophia Ramirez; and his great grandchild Brynlee McInnis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, those considering an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
