She is survived by: her spouse Cindy Ellsworth; her brother Donald Anderson; her children, Chad (Nicholla), Becky (late Kirk Ellsworth) and Shelly (Cindy Ellsworth); and her grandchildren, Coco, Dakota, Memphis and Boe.
